Will your products weigh my hair down?
No. Each formula is designed to deliver hydration, softness, and shine without heaviness, residue, or buildup.
Can I use this on my natural hair?
Yes. While designed for extensions, our formulas are suitable for all hair types, including natural hair, nanoplasty-treated hair, chemically treated hair, and colour-treated hair.
Are your products colour-safe?

ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping is available on orders over $200 within Australia.
Do you offer wholesale shipping?
Yes. Wholesale orders are processed separately, with shipping calculated based on order size and location.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
RETURNS
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
What if my item arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
