Are your products Four-Free™? +
The Four-Free Extension System™ is our complete four-step
system — shampoo, conditioner, intensive hair mask and
weightless hair elixir. The range is formulated without
protein, keratin, silicones, sulfates, parabens or drying alcohols.
Will the products weigh my hair down? +
The range has been designed to hydrate and condition while
helping hair feel soft, smooth and manageable. The Elixir in
particular is designed to provide lightweight shine without
leaving the hair feeling heavy or greasy.
Can I use Elegant Strands on natural hair? +
Yes. Although Elegant Strands™ was created with extension
wearers in mind, the range is also suitable for natural,
colour-treated, chemically treated and nanoplasty-treated hair.

Yes. The range is suitable for colour-treated and chemically
treated hair as well as natural hair and hair extensions.

THE RITUAL
What order do I use the products? +
Start with The Silhouette Hydrating Shampoo, follow with
The Embrace Nourishing Conditioner, use The Vault Intensive
Hair Mask when deeper hydration is needed, and finish with
The Elixir Weightless Hair Elixir.
Do I need to use all four products? +
Each product can be used individually, but the range was
created as a complete system so each step works together
from cleanse to finish.
How often should I use the hair mask? +
Use The Vault when your hair needs an extra hydration and
conditioning boost. How often you use it can depend on your
hair, extensions and normal washing routine.
When should I use The Elixir? +
The Elixir can be used through the lengths and ends to add
lightweight shine, smooth frizz and help condition dry ends
without leaving the hair feeling heavy or greasy.
EXTENSIONS
Can I use the range on all extension methods? +
Elegant Strands™ was developed with hair extensions in mind
and can be incorporated into the care routine for different
extension methods. Always follow the specific aftercare
instructions given by your extension professional.
Why does extension hair need extra care? +
Extension hair does not receive the natural oils from your
scalp in the same way your own growing hair does. A good
aftercare routine is therefore particularly important for
maintaining softness, hydration and manageability through
the lengths and ends.
Can I apply conditioner or mask to my extension attachments? +
Application can vary depending on the extension method you
wear. Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your
extension specialist and concentrate conditioning products
through the appropriate lengths and ends.
