Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post Express. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change the delivery address.

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. New Zealand orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
