At Elegant Strands, we take pride in the quality and performance of our products.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of haircare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Products
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
– Your order number
– A description of the issue
– Clear photos of the product
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition.
Once your claim has been assessed, we will advise if the item needs to be returned. Where a return is required, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If deemed faulty or damaged upon assessment, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Once approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Incorrect Use
Our products are designed to be extension-safe and high performing when used as directed. We are not responsible for results affected by misuse, incorrect application, or external factors beyond our control.

We recommend reviewing the ingredient list prior to use. Elegant Strands is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities.
Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing times depending on your payment provider.
